Dragonflies

I love dragonflies.

There's something mystical about the dragonfly, like it belongs to another realm.

Closely related to the forest fairies... perhaps it morphs into one at night.

It was plucked out of a fairytale, to add to the enchantment in my world.

Dragonflies and Owls. Oh, Fireflies even.... Errm. Add Toadstools & the Ladybird to that list.

Let you in, on the enchantment within.

Rising from the Ashes - The Flamenco

While I have been updating the Sketchy tab on this blog with my art work regularly, I've decided to put some of it as posts on the main page.

This one is particularly close to my heart right now, for this one is the first piece painted using my new Wacom graphic tablet. Very proud of this one.
